Scrum Master

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in IT company.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English (experience in communication with foreign colleagues).
• Relevant Certifications (eg PSM, etc.).
• Understanding and proven experience of using backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, decision making, and the use of Jira and Confluence.
• Effective in driving cross-team challenges to conclusion/resolution.
• Understanding of Release Management.
• Understanding of git flow.
• Would be a plus- understanding of the iGaming industry.

Duties

• Support Scrum in frontend and backend team.
• Gather agile metrics and prepare reports.
• Improve processes across the company through retrospectives.
• Manage Release Process and coordinate deployments.

Nice to have:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing over CI/CD/Micro Services architecture/Containers.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Nats.
• Experience with TypeScript.
