We are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in scaling our Digital & Product teams. You will work with a wide range of roles — from product managers and designers to digital marketers and analysts — ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent that supports the company’s growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top talent for Digital & Product roles.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across various platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, niche communities, and other channels).
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize the ATS to ensure smooth processes, transparent tracking, and an excellent candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers across Digital & Product teams to define role requirements and shape hiring strategy.
  • Conduct market research, track trends in digital, product, and tech talent markets, and suggest improvements to the recruitment process.

What We Expect From You

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on digital, product, or technical roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to identify qualified candidates through multiple channels and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience building long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience working in startups, fast-growing product companies, or international environments is a strong plus.
