This is a rare opportunity to help define how new ideas move from concept to reality, moving fast and executing without compromise.
Responsibilities
- You deploy to production day 1 and take ownership for code.
- You create specs, figure things out, and build features end-to-end.
- From scaling infra to hiring the next teammate to jumping on customer calls, you do what needs doing.
Requirements
- You love solving hard problems (proven history of doing so).
- 2+ years as an engineer with a track record of fast, production-grade code shipping.
- Experience deploying multimodal foundation model-based products. Deep knowledge of LLM research, agents, tools, and function calling.
- Experience with LangChain, indexing, RAG, semantic search, and fine-tuning (SFT/RL) of LLMs/agents.

- Salary: $125k–$225k + equity.
