We're actively growing and are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Non-IT Recruitment team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the hiring process for a wide range of non-technical roles — from the first briefing to the final offer. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, act as a trusted partner, and help us attract exceptional talent in areas like product management, design and analytics. Challenges that await you
Managing the full-cycle recruitment process — from role briefing to offer acceptance — with a primary focus on Risks roles.
Building strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand team needs, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring strategy.
Designing and executing sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and alternative channels.
Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit.
Tracking and analyze key recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Driving the offer process and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for complex and niche Risk roles, including proactive mapping of the market and engaging top-tier candidates for future hiring needs.
Contributing to the development and enhancement of recruitment workflows, and supporting broader HR projects and initiatives.
What makes you a great fit
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with a deep understanding of Non-IT roles (Finance, Risks).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to build trust with hiring managers and deliver results.
Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
Hands-on experience optimizing recruitment processes and helping build scalable workflows.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic environment.
B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
