Provide consultation and support to managers in making strategic and operational decisions.

Manage employee adaptation in Colombia, ensuring smooth integration and alignment of global HR processes with local specifics.

What makes you a great fit
5+ years of experience with at least 1-2 years working as an HR Business Partner, preferably in fast-growing companies.
Background in FinTech or related industries — understanding of business dynamics is essential.
Experience working with international teams and strong cross-cultural understanding.
Flexibility, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance business and employee interests.
Ability to analyze complex cases and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced English.
Fluent Spanish is a strong plus.
