Why this role matters

We are looking for Senior/Lead BI Analyst to join our Business Development Operations Team. The role will be focused on building and maintaining reports in Tableau, Metabase, and other Business Intelligence tools. It is a great chance to collaborate with Exness professionals who closely work with the business, perform data investigations and research, close all ad-hoc requests for data provision, and prototype models. What you will actually do

• Define business and data requirements to provide effective self-service data analysis and reporting automation across the company through constant collaboration with BI analysts and key stakeholders.
• Automate existing management and operational reports.
• Translate data analysis and data insights into visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data and metrics numbers consistency across all data sources and reports provided by the team.
• Provide daily support to business users with issues/ questions related to BI reporting and visualization instruments.

Who we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in BI (data analysis and visualization, reporting automation).
• Proven practical experience in full-cycle dashboards development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong data visualization skills, including proficiency in Tableau Desktop, is a must.
• Overview of fundamental data analysis methods and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics is a must.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional setups (to understand the needs of stakeholders and manage their expectations, as well as effectively communicate findings and stages of the development cycle in common).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make reasonable technical decisions on fundamental data analysis methods and data visualization.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to be an expert in the relevant data domain.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English knowledge.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Mathematical / Software Engineering / Computer Science education would be an advantage.
• Relevant certifications optional but beneficial: Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Architect.

• Portfolio of dashboards on Tableau Public or ready to share some screenshots with dashboard examples.

The starting salary mentioned is an indicative starting number and the final amount will depend on the personal tax specifics and level of seniority determined during the interview process. This is the base salary only, and the total compensation will also include the performance-based bonus and benefits/allowances.
