Our Delivery team is building the end-to-end engine that gets Plata cards and Welcome Packs — branded packages containing physical cards, cardholders, and supporting materials — into customers’ hands fast, reliably, and with healthy unit economics.
In Colombia, we are starting from scratch: your mission will be to launch the entire delivery setup — from first mile (inventory planning and Welcome Pack production) to last mile via postal partners and our ambassador network — while reusing and adapting the technologies and processes that already work successfully in Mexico.
This is first and foremost a product role with a strong operational component: you will own the product strategy and roadmap for delivery tools (such as the ambassador mobile app and internal control panels), while also overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring they run efficiently, and driving product improvements that continuously enhance our key metrics.
Challenges that await you
-
Own the end-to-end delivery funnel for Colombia:
- From card printing and Welcome Pack preparation to successful delivery and first activation — you’ll be responsible for the full journey
-
Build and optimize first-mile operations:
- Forecast demand and plan inventory of Welcome Packs and cards by city/region.
- Define the right stock levels per location and channel.
- Set and manage SLAs with print houses, warehouses, and logistics partners.
-
Run and scale last-mile delivery:
- Manage postal delivery partners and our ambassador network.
- Design and optimize routes, territories, and coverage models.
- Continuously improve conversion from “card sent” to "card received and activated".
-
Lead the evolution of Delivery products & tools:
- Own the roadmap for the Ambassador mobile app and internal tools used to manage ambassadors and deliveries.
- Collect feedback from ambassadors, ops teams, and partners; convert it into clear product requirements.
- Prioritize features that improve efficiency, transparency, and conversion.
-
Be the owner of metrics:
- Define and track key product and operational metrics: delivery SLAs, success rate, activation rate, NPS, cost per delivered active card, etc.
- Run experiments to improve performance (A/B tests on flows, new delivery models, incentive schemes for ambassadors and partners).
-
Manage and grow a cross-functional team:
- Lead a team combining operations, business analysts, and developers.
- Set goals, define processes, build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
-
Work hand-in-hand with other teams:
