Junior/Middle Project Manager

Job responsibilities

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This is a cross-functional position at the intersection of technology, business, and partnerships. We’re seeking someone who can manage timelines, priorities, and expectations—both within the team and in collaboration with external partners. It’s important to keep track of several streams at once, while also helping the team stay focused on key tasks and results.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration projects at all stages: requirements elaboration, development, testing, delivery, support, etc.
• Gather, clarify, and document product and system requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date and structured project documentation.
• Participate in team planning.
• Ensure transparency and up-to-date status using task management systems: decompose projects into phases and tasks.

Key Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a project manager or project coordinator, preferably in IT or integration projects.
• Basic knowledge of client-server architecture, approaches and specifications such as REST, JSON API, XML.
• Ability to read and analyze technical documentation.
• Experience with task and documentation management systems (we use YouTrack and Confluence, but experience with similar systems is also acceptable).
• Visualization skills (interaction/component diagrams, simple BPMN/block diagrams using Miro, Draw.io, or similar).
• English language proficiency at B2 level for communicating with clients and reading documentation.
• Strong communication and self-organization skills: confident interaction with both the team and external partners, ability to multitask, switch contexts, and set priorities.
