Regulatory reporting team
The key objective of the Regulatory Reporting Team is to ensure timely, accurate, and fully compliant delivery of all mandatory reports to relevant authorities. All reporting activities follow a structured, fully automated process that serves as the formal workflow for new and recurring regulatory requirements.
Given that the team manages multiple reporting streams concurrently — often with shared dependencies, strict deadlines, and high compliance stakes — deep ownership of prioritisation and risk management is essential. The primary focus is on proactively identifying bottlenecks, coordinating across operational and technical units, and maintaining clear communication with regulators. The team achieves this by overseeing the OPS function responsible for the end-to-end reporting lifecycle and by driving cross-functional alignment to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Challenges that await you:
- Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering all regulatory reports to the relevant authorities.
- Own end-to-end delivery management: plan, coordinate, and track delivery across teams to meet deadlines, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead communication with the regulator: prepare documentation, provide timely responses, coordinate audits, and ensure product compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Manage the OPS unit overseeing the delivery of reports to regulators.
- Initiate and drive cross-team workstreams: launch initiatives, align resources, remove blockers, and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration.
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in Product / Project Management in IT.
- Experience working with Data Warehouse (DWH) solutions.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Project management experience with strict deadlines and high expectations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align expectations.
- Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data processing, and analytics system architecture.
- Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and stress resistance.
- B1 or higher Spanish level for effective communication with an international team.
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
Your bonus skills:
- Understanding of how Airflow, dbt, and Python are used for data pipeline automation.
