We are strengthening the CRM Core team at Plata — the central group responsible for the CRM platform that powers over 2.5 million calls per day and supports the daily work of more than a thousand operational agents. This is the team that ensures our systems stay stable, scalable, and ready for constant load growth.
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team working at high performance and reliability standards. Your role is to shape the team’s processes, drive technical strategy, and build a culture where predictable delivery, disciplined execution, and near-zero-incident releases are the norm. You will oversee how the team plans, collaborates, ships features, conducts load testing, and integrates with telephony infrastructure.
We are looking for a leader with solid engineering judgment, clear thinking, and good communication — someone who can turn a vision into a strategy, stay open with stakeholders, and support the team with clarity, discipline, and empathy. If you’re a leader who wants to build and guide a strong engineering team at the heart of Plata’s operations — this role is for you.
