Responsibilities
- Set up the product roadmap with a focus on enhancing conversion and revenue across all channels and platforms throughout various customer lifecycle stages.
- Develop modular, scalable, and effective conversion flows ecosystem, including research, business cases creation, design, and testing on a global scale.
- Adopt different perspectives on potential customer segments, leveraging personalization and localization strategies to improve acquisition and revenue.
- Operate with an Agile, iterative mindset and use rapid experimentation to prototype, test, and optimize our product offering effectiveness across different cohorts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, operations, and legal to bring products to market and increase adoption.
- Become an expert in the product growth ecosystem, including channels, internal workflows, and data foundations.
Requirements
- 3 years of product management experience with a track record of deliverables within growth, acquisition, and activation fields in consumer-facing products.
- Mandatory data usage practices to inform priorities and evaluate the impact of initiatives, taking care of both "what" and "why."
- Thoughtful context shifting to utilize a balanced blend of technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset and empathy.
- Constant curiosity to discover new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and lead through challenges and opportunities.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a cross-functional team with special emphasis on building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
