DevOps Engineer

A Dubai-based HFT fund is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to operate and scale its global infrastructure. This role offers deep immersion in the HFT domain, hands-on work with high-load distributed systems, and direct impact on the company’s PnL.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the company’s geo-distributed compute clusters with thousands of CPU cores.
• Maintain and develop our physical and cloud infrastructure.
• Work with complex provisioning and deployment architectures based on Terraform, Pulumi, and Ansible.
• Operate monitoring systems that process hundreds of megabits of metrics per second.
• Develop platform solutions that enable teams to work effectively within the company’s infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering roles.
• Experience administering Linux/FreeBSD servers.
• Understanding of IaC principles.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowing IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience setting up networks in cloud providers (ideally AWS).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to work on the operation and optimization of high-load compute clusters.
• English B2+.
