The team behind a fast-growing app that helps parents of children with ADHD is looking for a Social Media Ads Buyer to drive performance marketing and scale paid acquisition channels.
Your responsibilities
- Setting up and optimizing targeted campaigns on Social Media Ads.
- Managing budgets of $500K+ per month aimed at Tier 1 markets, optimizing strictly for purchases.
- Editing and producing performance-focused ad creatives.
- Writing clear and precise briefs for designers (new creatives and variations).
- Closely monitoring performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and scaling winning campaigns while managing CAC.
- Quickly solving issues with Social Media support or account managers when needed.
- Providing insights from performance data to product and creative teams to guide strategy.
- (Bonus) Running and scaling TikTok Ads campaigns.
You will love this role if you have
- 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Buyer in an agency or in-house performance team.
- Proven track record of running high-budget campaigns ($500K+/month) for B2C with a focus on purchase conversions.
- Ability to independently create briefs for both design and UGC creatives — today, a Social Media Ads Buyer is not just an ads expert but, above all, a creative producer.
- Deep understanding of scaling strategies and CAC management at large volumes.
- Strong grasp of analytics — able to work with funnel-level metrics and optimize against them.
