We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Compliance Team and build the entire compliance capability for the bank from scratch: onboarding, monitoring, reporting, and controls. You’ll have a clean slate and a clear mandate to make AI/ML and LLMs a core part of the stack from day one.
The goal is simple yet ambitious: enable us to separate safe from risky customers across the full lifecycle, while staying ahead of global financial crime trends with modern, tech-driven solutions.
Challenges that await you
- KYC — Launch a solid KYC experience by leveraging existing components and closing critical gaps.
- Compliance workspace — Build internal tools for structured onboarding reviews, clear procedures (in collaboration with legal), and a scalable operating model (with Operations).
- AML — Deliver end-to-end AML: monitoring in place, risk scoring live, and an efficient handoff for investigations.
- Reporting — Build reporting flows aligned with regulatory requirements, ensuring client and transaction data is captured completely and submitted accurately.
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years as a Product Manager, including experience leading a development team.
- Proven track record of building from scratch — whether new products, services, or operational processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills: able to propose multiple solution options and recommend the most effective one.
- Hands-on UI experience: created new multi-screen user flows, not just made visual tweaks.
- Ability to write clear and structured product requirements independently; technically fluent and comfortable collaborating with engineers.
- Data-driven mindset: works directly with data, defines the right tasks for analysts, and can spot dashboard errors.
- Experience in project management across multiple teams; delivers on time and tracks progress effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and expectation-setting skills.
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
