Middle C++ SWE

A Dubai-based HFT fund is looking for a Middle C++ SWE who will become a key player on the team, scale the system to new markets, and expand their area of responsibility to grow into an all-round specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis and research on the current infrastructure to identify non-obvious bottlenecks that hinder trading speed.
• Proactively test and implement new technical approaches.
• Research exchange connectivity channels and protocol specifics to ensure fast and reliable access to new markets.
• Improve internal services and ensure their efficient interaction to minimize the time-to-market for new trading strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time commercial development in C++ (C++17 standard or later).
• Deep understanding of C++, OS principles, and hardware (CPU, RAM, NIC).
• Understanding of multithreaded programming and network protocols (Ethernet, IP, UDP, TCP).
• Readiness to be responsible for the full development cycle.
• Readiness to relocate to Dubai and work on-site.
