Senior C++ SWE

A Dubai-based HFT fund is looking for a Senior C++ SWE to develop and scale its trading infrastructure. This role implies maximum immersion in the HFT context, responsibility for the full development cycle, and direct impact on the fund's PnL.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of HFT infrastructure solutions — from concept to production, ensuring maximum performance.
• Make architectural decisions for key system components, selecting optimal protocols, technologies, and data structures to achieve business goals.
• Conducting deep profiling and low-level optimization across the entire stack: from the OS kernel to data processing.
• Research and implement connectivity channels with new exchanges, ensuring fast and reliable data transfer via new protocols.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time commercial development in C++ (C++17 standard or later).
• Deep understanding of C++, OS principles, and hardware (CPU, RAM, NIC).
• Understanding of multithreaded programming and network protocols (Ethernet, IP, UDP, TCP).
• Readiness to be responsible for the full development cycle.
• Readiness to relocate to Dubai and work on-site.
