We’re actively growing and are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with a strong focus on executive search to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive and own the full hiring cycle for senior leadership roles, as well as support hiring for key non-executive positions. You’ll act as a trusted partner for top stakeholders, build long-term relationships with candidates, and shape hiring strategies that directly impact the company’s growth and leadership team composition.

Challenges that await you
- Driving end-to-end executive search: from deep market mapping and targeted headhunting to final offer negotiations with senior-level candidates.
- Partnering with C-level executives and senior hiring managers to define hiring needs, profiles, and strategy for critical leadership roles.
- Managing the recruitment process for a mix of executive (50%) and non-executive (50%) roles.
- Designing and executing creative sourcing strategies — including market research, competitor mapping, and proactive outreach through LinkedIn, networks, and direct search.
- Leading structured interviews to assess leadership competencies, strategic mindset, and cultural fit.
- Ensuring excellent candidate experience and acting as a brand ambassador at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Analyzing and reporting on recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of recruitment workflows, and supporting broader HR projects and initiatives.
What makes you a great fit
- 4–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year in executive search/headhunting (directors, C-level).
- Proven track record of successfully closing senior leadership positions in IT/product-driven companies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: you know how to build trust and influence at the highest levels of the organization.
- Strong research and sourcing skills: from competitor analysis to crafting compelling outreach messages.
- Solid understanding of leadership assessment, organizational structures, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently on complex searches while juggling multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset and experience with recruitment metrics, dashboards, or reports.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English to communicate with international leaders and candidates.
