Risk Analyst (Reporting)

We’re looking for a data-driven specialist to join our Credit Risk team and focus on Management & Investor reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in data analysis and visualization who’s ready to take ownership of operational reporting tasks and ensure high data quality and integrity.

Challenges that await you

• Develop and maintain regular management and investor reporting on risks and portfolio performance.
• Create clear and informative data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and consistency checks to ensure reports reflect reality.
• Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with risk team members to align reports with business needs and risk strategy.

What makes you a great fit

• 3–5 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or financial analysis.
• Experience working with data: preparation, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong skills in data visualization.
• Understanding of management reporting processes.
• Attention to data quality and a structured approach to analysis.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and structured approach.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English for internal communication.

Nice to have:

• Background in credit risk or financial risk management.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools).
• Experience working with risk metrics, exposure data, and credit risk reporting.
