Wert is how you accept payments in Web3. Wert is a fintech startup which solves payment connectivity issues for all Web3 projects — NFT marketplaces and collections, DeFi protocols, DAOs, etc. Wert was the first company to offer NFT on-ramp, a product that allows people to buy NFTs directly with a credit or debit card, allowing NFT marketplaces or any other decentralized NFT project to shorten the funnel and onboard more users into Web3 every day.

We also offer a crypto on-ramping service and custom payment solutions for projects of any complexity level and are constantly evolving with the ever-changing industry.

We’re looking for a Go Developer to join our team — a small, hands-on group that discovers, prototypes, and ships features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain backend services in Go, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new features, enhancements, and integrations that cater to the evolving needs of the Web3 ecosystem.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance to ensure high-quality product releases.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Web3 to help shape the future of our product.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Go development with a strong understanding of backend systems and APIs.
• Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.
• Track record of shipping new features end-to-end (discovery → prototype → production) in Go.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

Nice to Have

• A passion for Web3 technologies and a good understanding of decentralized systems.
• Experience working with blockchain technologies, smart contracts, or DeFi protocols.
• An interest in exploring new technologies and participating in technical communities.
