Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a Head of Sales to join our ambitious commercial team. In this role, you will take full ownership of building and scaling the sales function, leading a team of Account Executives, and directly contributing to TrueLab’s revenue growth.

The preferable locations are Poland, Serbia, Romania, but it could be fully remote work (with the location ±1–2 hours from CET zone only), with the possibility for easy travel across Europe.

What you do

As Head of Sales, your work will focus on:

  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of Account Executives (responsible for account management, upsell/cross-sell, pipeline, retention).
  • Identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams to capitalize on market trends and emerging technologies.
  • Designing, refining, and implementing efficient sales processes to ensure predictability and growth.
  • Overseeing the development of sales proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Driving revenue generation and achieving ambitious sales KPIs.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand into new markets.
  • Acting as a hands-on leader: combining strategic direction with active involvement in client negotiations and deal-closing.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.

What you know

To shine in this role, we expect you to have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and business development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing sales/account teams.
  • Demonstrated success in building and optimizing sales processes and consistently delivering revenue growth.
  • Experience in managing and developing Account Executives, including setting targets, monitoring metrics, and driving performance.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close complex deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software, with a data-driven approach to pipeline and forecast management.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), Professional proficiency in Russian.
  • Nice-to-have (but not mandatory): experience in iGaming, understanding how game providers and slot games operate.

Success metrics

  • Planning and Execution delivery based on the company's annual rhythm of business.
  • Delivering GGR/Revenue results thru Commercial team.
  • Growth of Partners network thru enablement plan with Commercial team.
  • Work closely with other departments to provide input and feedback from customers and partners, implement processes and tools needed for efficient cross-functional collaboration.
  • Budget execution based on Annual planning to keep balanced revenue/spends metrics.
  • Management of the team including hiring and development to keep up with strong and high-performance organization standards.
