We’re now looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our operational and product analytics across a wide range of Hal Leonard digital and physical products and functions like editorial, logistics, finance, and marketing. This role is a chance to make a real impact on how we optimize production, content, and operations across Muse Group.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and track key metrics for multiple B2B and B2C products.
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports to support daily and strategic decision-making.
- Deliver operational analytics and ad-hoc insights across logistics, production, and content, with increasing focus on product analytics later on.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth across business units.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data across different sources.
- Automate reporting and analytics workflows where possible.
- Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge sharing.
Required Experience
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and optimization.
- Solid foundation in math, statistics, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with Python for data gathering, cleaning, and analysis.
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to connect analysis to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English.
