Content Lead (Website & Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a Content Lead to take ownership of our website and landing pages as strategic growth channels. In this role, you’ll shape our content strategy, build high-impact digital experiences, and lead a team to deliver measurable marketing results.

This is not just about managing content — it’s about leading with vision, ensuring our messaging is consistent, compelling, and conversion-driven.

What you’ll do

• Own the website as a channel: plan, create, review, and publish content that drives business growth.
• Build conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
• Craft and review English copy that builds trust and inspires action.
• Define and enforce our tone of voice and ensure consistency across all website messaging.
• Collaborate with designers, UX experts, and developers to deliver seamless, high-performing user experiences.
• Lead and mentor a team of up to 5 specialists (content creators & page builders), setting direction and maintaining high standards.
• Drive cross-functional projects using project management tools to deliver on time and on target.
• Set up and manage Google Analytics and BI tools to monitor performance, analyze user behavior, and optimize for conversions.
• Shape the emotional and UX direction of landing pages to go beyond information and truly connect with users.

What we expect

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or website management.
• Proven track record of growing and developing websites as marketing channels.
• Hands-on experience in content creation and review in English.
• Strong background in digital marketing and performance-driven content.
• Solid experience with Google Analytics setup and optimization.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Spanish or other languages (to oversee translation quality).
• Bonus: SQL skills for advanced performance analysis.
