Our bank runs on data-driven processes, and the Data Warehousing (DWH) team plays a central role in enabling that. We are responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines from all internal and external sources, developing data marts for reporting and analytics, and creating a toolchain that simplifies working with data across the organization.
As we expand, we’re developing a new class of analysts focused on enabling domain teams — such as product and risk analytics — by helping them structure, improve, and scale their ETL processes. These analysts act as a bridge between business logic and data engineering, ensuring the delivery of reliable, well-documented, and production-grade data flows.
