HR Business Partner

We're looking for an HR Business Partner who will be a core strategist and key driver of change. You'll play a vital role in shaping our people strategy, developing talents and building high-performing, cohesive teams.

You will

• Define our organizational structure and implement our Succession Planning system.
• Partner with leaders to solve complex HR cases, build strong teams and guide employee development.
• Design and implement career paths that help employees reach their full potential.
• Manage key processes like onboarding, probation period support and offboarding.
• Collaborate with the HR team on projects across the entire HR lifecycle, from implementing HRIS to large-scale corporate events.

We are looking for someone with

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in international tech companies.
• Experience with talent development for teams of 50+ people.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and other key HR processes.
• Strong English skills (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Experience with Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
• Experience on cross-functional and cross-locational projects related to HR branding and culture development.
• Readiness to work full-time in our Dubai office.
