Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help design, build, and maintain our infrastructure, automation, and delivery pipelines.

This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with Development, QA, Operations, and SRE teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure speed and quality in software delivery.
• Design, implement, and operate containerization solutions (Kubernetes, RKE2, Docker).
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, Ansible, and automation.
• Integrate security and compliance into the delivery workflow.
• Manage artifact lifecycle and ensure supply chain security.
• Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Work on system reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Adopt and implement innovative DevOps tools and practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Dev, QA, Ops, and SRE teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer (or similar role).
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and virtualization (vSphere).
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, Bash).
• Experience embedding security into DevOps workflows.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of day-to-day work.

• Strategic thinking and ability to propose improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical ideas clearly.
• Experience with FinOps and SRE best practices (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets).
• Experience working with Fastlane and mobile applications' delivery.
