We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Lending product portfolio — a suite of digital financial solutions designed to meet diverse credit needs. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling lending products such as term loans, revolving credit lines, business credit cards, and invoice financing. The ideal candidate has experience building data-driven products, understands credit processes end-to-end, and is passionate about delivering seamless borrowing experiences through technology and customer-centric design.
Challenges that await you
Be in charge of one or several products: launch, grow and maintain.
Collaborate with C-level managers and Product Director to define the product scope during the early stages of development.
Collaborate with analysts on a daily basis in order to improve the product.
Design and oversee the business and technological architecture of the product.
What makes you a great fit
Recent, hands-on experience in fintech or digital lending, ideally in the Mexican or comparable emerging markets.
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with direct responsibility for developing and managing lending products.
Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale digital loan products, including experience with credit product evaluation, customer segmentation, and product-market fit analysis.
Strong analytical skills, with a background in using data to inform product decisions and measure success; proficiency in SQL or Python is required for data analysis and automation tasks.
Experience working in high-load, fast-paced product environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, risk, compliance, sales, customer care).
