Job Description

We are seeking a Market Access Administrator to serve as a key liaison between brokers, FCMs, and internal teams in a proprietary trading environment. This role is primarily administrative rather than technical and focuses on coordinating access-related workflows after the physical and network connectivity to brokers, FCMs, and exchanges has been established.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing trader authorizations, account setup requests, and configuration details related to market access credentials (e.g., CQG logins, Operator IDs). The Market Access Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that trading teams and systems remain properly connected to external venues, and that all access information is accurate, well-documented, and compliant with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer account creation and trader authorization with Brokers and FCMs.
• Coordinate and track brokerage and clearing account setups for trading desks or new strategies.
• Request, configure, and maintain TT/FlexTrade/CQG logins (API and Desktop) for API and manual access.
• Manage and verify technical and compliance configuration parameters.
• Tag50/Operator IDs.
• CQG server locations/access points.
• Ensure correct mapping of credentials to trading strategies or desks.
• Maintain comprehensive internal spreadsheets or tracking systems of login/access details.
• Interface with trading teams and developers to ensure proper access provisioning and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with access policies and lifecycle tracking for logins and accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in trading operations, broker liaison, or financial systems coordination.
• Solid understanding of market access infrastructure: Brokers, FCMs, exchange access, data providers.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, particularly in maintaining structured records and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with CQG, TT, Rithmic, FlexTrade, or similar vendor platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and vendor communication skills.
• English level—B2 and higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Operator IDs (Tag50), locations, and other compliance fields in trading messages.
• Experience in proprietary or algorithmic trading environments.
• Exposure to market connectivity protocols (e.g., FIX) and trading system deployment.
