What the job involves
- Searching candidates for tech and business roles, mostly abroad, across a large variety of sources: LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Assisting recruiters with scheduling interviews and following up for feedback.
- Keeping our candidate database (Greenhouse) neat and tidy and making sure hiring teams follow the guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience at an agency or in-house recruitment.
- Relevant research experience (university, for example) as an advantage.
- Self-discipline.
- Good command of English.
