We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our CRM Collection team. You will help us elevate the tools for one of the company's key business processes. You will be responsible for developing the team, building effective processes, and directly impacting the productivity and usability of the tools for our collection agents.
This is primarily a leadership role where your time will be distributed across three key areas:
50% — Team Leadership: You will hire, coach, and develop engineers, be responsible for their motivation and growth, and create a healthy and productive team environment.
30% — Processes & Collaboration: Your task will be to build transparent and effective processes within the team and for collaboration with adjacent teams. You will be responsible for planning, task decomposition, and cross-team alignment.
20% — Technical Leadership: You won't be writing code every day, but your technical expertise will be essential for validating architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and maintaining high standards of quality in development.

1+ years of experience leading engineering teams (hiring, development, performance, and delivery management).
A strong technical background and development experience, enabling you to participate in architectural discussions and validate the team's technical solutions.
Excellent cross-team communication skills and the ability to build partnerships.
4+ years of experience as a Go developer.
Experience in building and optimizing development processes (planning, decomposition, retrospectives).
Diplomacy and the ability to advocate for your position and the team's interests with well-reasoned arguments.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate effectively.
