We’re now looking for a Marketing Analyst who will work across CRM and Marketing channels. This is a new and high-impact role — you’ll be the go-to person for evaluating the performance of our global marketing activities, building attribution and social analytics systems, and guiding growth across B2B and B2C verticals.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex marketing data to uncover growth opportunities and shape decision-making.
- Build unified attribution models across CRM, social, and offline events.
- Develop social analytics and model content performance targets.
- Create predictive models to assess campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
- Own dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments and prioritize initiatives.
- Lead on marketing mix modeling and support strategic planning for new market entries.
- Implement analytics best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Marketing, Product, or Data Analyst.
- Hands-on with SQL (any dialect); ClickHouse experience is a plus.
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
- Deep understanding of marketing analytics: attribution, A/B testing, CRM performance.
- Experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Airflow, or similar ETL systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business outcomes.
- Fluent English (B2+).

- Experience working in B2B and B2C environments.
- Background in multi-region businesses with diverse marketing infrastructures.
