Muse Group empowers music makers. We create the world’s most popular apps for playing, recording, and composing music — from MuseScore to Ultimate Guitar, and beyond. Through our innovative tools, massive music catalogues, and free open-source software, we help millions — from first-time strummers to seasoned pros — unleash their creativity every day.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Analyst who will work across CRM and Marketing channels. This is a new and high-impact role — you’ll be the go-to person for evaluating the performance of our global marketing activities, building attribution and social analytics systems, and guiding growth across B2B and B2C verticals. ‍

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex marketing data to uncover growth opportunities and shape decision-making.
  • Build unified attribution models across CRM, social, and offline events.
  • Develop social analytics and model content performance targets.
  • Create predictive models to assess campaign effectiveness and revenue impact.
  • Own dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to design experiments and prioritize initiatives.
  • Lead on marketing mix modeling and support strategic planning for new market entries.
  • Implement analytics best practices and foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Marketing, Product, or Data Analyst.
  • Hands-on with SQL (any dialect); ClickHouse experience is a plus.
  • Strong Python skills for data analysis, modeling, and visualization.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics: attribution, A/B testing, CRM performance.
  • Experience with BI tools, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Airflow, or similar ETL systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into business outcomes.
  • Fluent English (B2+).

Nice to have

  • Experience working in B2B and B2C environments.
  • Background in multi-region businesses with diverse marketing infrastructures.
