Data Analyst (Finance)

We’re looking for a driven Data Analyst to join our Finance team—the operational heart of the company. You’ll support revenue analytics, cost control, and financial reporting, helping us ensure transparency and informed decision-making across the business.

You’ll work with data across teams, automate reporting, maintain dashboards, and gradually dive deeper into core banking metrics. This role is a great fit if you’re confident in SQL, attentive to detail, and eager to grow your understanding of finance in a fast-paced environment.

Challenges that await you

• Support for the Finance Team: Build and maintain dashboards, tables, and data exports related to revenue, portfolio, and expenses. Verify data accuracy and maintain financial formulas.
• Reporting Automation: Launch Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) in Airflow and make updates to existing pipelines as needed.
• Collaboration Across Teams: Work with data tables and dashboards owned by other teams—understand their structure, use them in your reports, and coordinate changes when necessary.
• Regular and Ad-Hoc Reporting: Prepare recurring reports and support one-off requests, such as investor presentations and audit queries.
• Gradual Deep Dive into Banking Metrics: Learn the logic behind core financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)—revenue, profitability, cost of funding, etc.

What makes you a great fit

• Solid knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with Airflow or willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail—the finance team’s reports often serve as entry points for external stakeholders like investors.
• A basic understanding of what drives a bank’s revenue and portfolio—or a strong desire to learn.
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
