QA Engineer (Partnership Introducing Brokers)

Your role at Exness

As a QA Engineer within our Product Team, you will collaborate with other QA Engineers, Developers, Business Analysts, and the Product Owner on various projects. Your responsibilities will encompass managing all QA activities, including writing test cases, conducting exploratory testing, and supporting automation testing. This is crucial for upholding the high-quality standards of our products and ensuring an optimal experience for our partners.

You will also be responsible for streamlining and owning the entire testing process from initiation to completion.

You will

• Plan and run test strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development process.
• Guide teammates on QA best practices and help define clear quality standards.
• Contribute to broader QA initiatives and grow skills beyond QA (e.g., DevOps, Development, Business Analysis) to support the team.
• Create and review reliable, maintainable automated tests with high coverage.
• Maintain and improve the test framework, CI/CD pipelines, and test environments.
• Support testing of larger, cross-team features and lead integration testing when needed.
• Track quality metrics, suggest improvements, and support process enhancements.
• Stay up to date with tools, systems, and the business domain.
• Participate in shared operational responsibilities to support service continuity.

What makes you a great fit

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer in backend and frontend applications testing.
• Strong knowledge of the testing process, methodologies, approaches, and test design techniques.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of REST API and web services technologies.
• Experience with API testing (Postman, Charles, etc.).
• Experience in automation with Python (pytest, Playwright) or related technologies.
• Experience with Allure and CI systems such as GitLab.
• Experience with Docker (Kubernetes), k9s/argo.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional setups.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.

Your journey after applying

1. First interview with Talent Acquisition Specialist (up to 45 minutes).
2. Short online English test (for non-native speakers).
3. Technical Interview (up to 90 minutes).
4. Final interview (1 hour).

The starting salary mentioned is an indicative starting number and the final amount will depend on the personal tax specifics and level of seniority determined during the interview process. This is the base salary only, and the total compensation will also include the performance-based bonus and benefits/allowances.
