Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong operational mindset and a solid understanding of how HR processes support business effectiveness. In this role, you will work closely with managers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of core HR activities, drive consistency across the employee lifecycle, and serve as a trusted liaison between HR administration and the business.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between HR operations, administrative teams, and business units to ensure efficient coordination and delivery of core HR processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility, ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every stage.
- Support the execution of HR processes such as promotions, 360-degree feedback cycles, and performance review coordination, ensuring consistency and process integrity.
- Provide guidance and support in complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair, compliant, and thoughtful resolution in partnership with managers.
- Maintain and operationalize competency matrices to support clarity in roles, growth pathways, and organizational structure.
- Partner with people managers to deliver timely, practical HR solutions aligned with business needs and evolving organizational priorities.
- Facilitate smooth organizational transitions such as team restructures or internal changes, contributing to a stable and adaptive working environment.
- Ensure alignment of all HR operations with internal policies and local legal requirements, promoting compliance and best practices across the company.
- Be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, helping navigate tools, policies, and processes with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2-3 years in HR Business Partner or HR operations roles within product- or technology-driven companies.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes and hands-on experience managing employee relations matters.
- Familiarity with competency models and experience implementing or maintaining role-based frameworks within teams.
- Ability to navigate between HR administration, business needs, and system processes, acting as a reliable liaison across functions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with both individual contributors and people managers.
- High attention to detail and process discipline, with the ability to manage multiple HR streams simultaneously.
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling environment is a plus.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
