We’re seeking a System Analyst to support Middle Office functions, focusing on trade-related processes like reporting, risk analysis, reconciliation, and P&L checks. You’ll analyze trading data, prepare reports for brokers/exchanges, and create clear technical specifications for development teams.
Responsibilities
- Active collaboration with architects, and technical specialists. Stakeholder analysis, including architects and SME (Subject Matter Experts).
- Collection and analysis of business requirements, development, and documentation. Requirements elicitation.
- Participation in task setting for the creation of technical specifications. Detailed SRS (Software Requirements Specification) preparation, user story writing, diagrams preparation.
- Organization and oversight of work: requirements management, testing.
- Analysis of risks and causes of errors during system development.
- Development and maintenance of up-to-date operational documentation, regulations, and instructions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working as a systems analyst in trading within Middle Office/Trading Operations/Reporting.
- Good understanding of different financial instruments (derivatives, equities, etc.).
- Understanding of BPMN, UML, JSON, XML.
- SQL — analytical queries, joins, ERD diagrams.
- Experience with design mockups (Wireframe, Figma, Miro).
- Strong expertise in various types of documentation, including technical requirements and functional requirements (Jira/Confluence).
- B2+ English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of any programming language.
- Familiarity with Kafka and ELK.
- Working experience with Murex, Calypso, or similar systems.
