Responsibilities
- Choose tools, propose architecture, create new features — not just build to spec.
- Clean thinking, fast iteration, and meaningful output.
- Implement software for static and near real-time observability.
- The widest range of diverse, challenging tasks.
- Building monitoring and AI solutions at enormous scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years in full stack development (React + Node.js).
- Strong with TypeScript, Next.js.
- Solid understanding of databases.
- Proficiency in English and Russian.
Optional but powerful
- Comfort working with data processing, monitoring systems and AI agents.
- Built or integrated AI agents, prompt pipelines, or retrieval systems.
- Worked with alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, or similar).
- An eye for UI/UX using Mantine. Nothing serious, just capability to add a button in a convenient place without a bunch of BRDs.
- Experience with / knowledge of anomaly detection algorithms on static and streaming data.
- General understanding of event streaming and online algorithms.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
- Basic proficiency in Python.
