Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Choose tools, propose architecture, create new features — not just build to spec.
• Clean thinking, fast iteration, and meaningful output.
• Implement software for static and near real-time observability.
• The widest range of diverse, challenging tasks.
• Building monitoring and AI solutions at enormous scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in full stack development (React + Node.js).
• Strong with TypeScript, Next.js.
• Solid understanding of databases.
• Proficiency in English and Russian.

Optional but powerful

• Comfort working with data processing, monitoring systems and AI agents.
• Built or integrated AI agents, prompt pipelines, or retrieval systems.
• Worked with alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, or similar).
• An eye for UI/UX using Mantine. Nothing serious, just capability to add a button in a convenient place without a bunch of BRDs.
• Experience with / knowledge of anomaly detection algorithms on static and streaming data.
• General understanding of event streaming and online algorithms.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Basic proficiency in Python.
