Solutions Architect

We offer a relocation package for moving to Kazakhstan, Cyprus, and self-relocation to Georgia.

Lead the architectural evolution of a high-load, multi-regional platform. Set the technical direction, drive modernization at scale, and align engineering efforts with long-term business growth.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system design and architectural decision-making in collaboration with development teams, ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and resilience.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to develop a long-term roadmap for the evolution of the platform architecture and technological solutions, enabling scalability and sustainable business growth.
• Conduct audits of key services, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization strategy to support high load and rapid product launches.
• Lead the architecture team and drive the development of architecture and related processes.
• Define the architectural vision and technical strategy in collaboration with the CTO and other architects.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing architectures for high-load distributed systems (we handle 230K RPS across 7 regions).
• Strong understanding of both server-side and client-side architecture and their constraints.
• Excellent knowledge of modern technologies, particularly AWS: AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification is required. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills: able to shape technical vision and effectively communicate complex architectural decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate architectural collaboration across multiple teams and ensure consistent approaches at the platform level.
