We’re currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a well-established, internationally regulated brokerage group with a strong presence in the financial trading sector. The company offers access to trading across multiple asset classes, including Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies.
This is a senior-level opportunity within the Product function, focused on shaping and scaling trading platforms and services. The role involves strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product-market fit and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead product strategy in line with company goals and regulatory expectations.
- Develop and prioritize product roadmaps informed by market trends and user feedback.
- Establish measurable OKRs and KPIs to evaluate performance and outcomes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive continuous product improvement.
- Work closely with compliance, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to align on goals.
- Oversee product development end-to-end, from ideation to release.
- Integrate compliance and risk considerations into all product phases.
- Foster Agile methodologies and support a culture of iteration and delivery.
- Lead initiatives to enhance user experience and internal efficiencies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in product management within fintech or online trading (experience with CFDs/Forex is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of trading infrastructure, market dynamics, and financial regulation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and drive strategic goals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Academic background in Business, Finance, Technology, or a similar field.
- Experience working in Agile environments and making data-driven product decisions.
- Proficiency in English.
