Technical Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents affecting software, networks, or hardware, and implement fast, effective solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and infrastructure health, quickly identifying anomalies using tools like Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, and the ELK stack.
• Proactively detect and resolve issues in real time, collaborating closely with DevOps, development, and QA teams.
• Process data to generate actionable insights for troubleshooting and resolution using ClickHouse.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to enhance visibility and stability.
• Automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency with Python.

Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, analytics, software maintenance, DevOps, or SRE roles.
• Solid understanding of network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, routing, VPN, HTTP, WebSocket).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for automating routine tasks and analyzing data.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Finance.
• Strong spoken English skills (B2 or higher) are important for effective collaboration with international colleagues.
