Who we’re looking for: Senior SEO Specialist with deep expertise in Google Search algorithms, technical SEO, and data-driven decision making. We’re looking for a proactive and analytical professional who can develop and implement effective Google SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
What you’ll be working on:
- Developing and executing SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Conducting technical and on-page SEO audits to optimize site performance.
- Analyzing market trends, competitors, and search algorithms to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborating with developers, content creators, and marketing teams to implement best SEO practices.
- Automating SEO processes using tools like Google Colab, Python, Apps Script, Excel VBA, or KNIME.
- Working with structured data, meta tags, and AI-driven SEO automation.
- Creating and optimizing SEO content, including guidelines for copywriters.
What we expect from you
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Strong expertise in technical and on-page SEO.
- Confident use of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEO tools.
- Experience in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of website architecture, indexing principles, HTML, and basic JavaScript.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to search algorithm updates.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Continuous learning mindset and following industry trends.
Additional advantages:
- Experience in promoting marketplaces, e-commerce, or multilingual websites with over 10,000 pages.
- SEO experience in Western European and North American markets.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher; a second European language is a plus.
- Knowledge of structured data and schema markup.
- Cross-functional skills in programming, machine learning, UX/UI, or copywriting.
