Junior SMM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive links to video materials from the supervisor.
• Create short post texts in English using ready-made templates and add them to the content calendar.
• Identify and tag featured creators or accounts based on video content.
• Support with technical and coordination tasks as needed.
• Start under close supervision; gradually shift to working independently.

Requirements

• Strong written communication skills in both English and Russian.
• Ability to follow structure and templates with precision.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and self-organization.
• Comfortable working with a variety of online content formats.
