Hey! We are Kupsilla, a global software development company. We create solutions in the field of life sciences, primarily for large and small pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Kupsilla is starting to penetrate the Russian market, and looking for BDM for local market.
Responsibilities
Leverage existing network to position Kupsilla as a competitive bidder for projects.
Secure opportunities where Kupsilla is the sole bidder.
Close deals and drive revenue growth.
Identify and assess new market opportunities.
Expand professional network and gather market intelligence.
Adhere to established Russian business practices in contracting and accounting.
Evaluate project feasibility.
Requirements
Proven network within Russian non-government owned entities (mandatory).
Experience selling technology solutions (COTS or services) to medium (250M–2B RUB/year) and large (2B+ RUB/year) companies.
Background in B2B sales with deal cycles of 6–12 months.
Strong understanding of the business landscape and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Services sales experience preferred.

Technology background.
Expertise in selling AI solutions or services.
Golf handicap < 20.
