Senior Sourcer

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sourcer to build candidate funnels for niche and non-trivial roles (both business and technical). We use tools like LinkedIn, SalesQL, SmartRecruiters, HiBob, Kaggle, HackerRank, ChatGPT, etc., and are open to adopting new technologies that enhance our recruitment efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the top of the candidate funnel: searching, messaging, and initial screening.
• Utilize various channels to identify and engage prospective candidates, building a robust talent pipeline.
• Grow a professional network of ‘warm’ candidates for niche roles.
• Keep detailed records of recruitment activities, providing insights and reports on key metrics to inform strategy.
• Mapping the jobs to the market and identifying the target profiles.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers throughout the recruitment process and beyond to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in global IT sourcing, preferably within fintech or HFT sectors.
• Proven track record of finding rare candidates and building creative sourcing strategies.
• Strong knowledge of the IT sector, including current market trends and best practices.
• B2 spoken and written English skills.
