Senior Product Designer

inDrive is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the user — deeply understand their needs and advocate for them within the product team.
• Conduct user research (both qualitative and quantitative) to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, analysts, developers, and researchers to define and prioritize problems.
• Work with product metrics to understand the impact of your solutions and align them with business goals.
• Frame the core of each problem clearly — and dive deeper when needed through additional research. • Own end to end design tasks within your scope — with awareness of their influence on the broader product.
• Develop and test multiple solution ideas, balancing user value and business impact.
• Produce high quality mockups and interaction flows, covering all necessary states and edge cases.
• Contribute to the design system — propose and document new components when needed.
• Collaborate with engineers during implementation and iterate based on real world feedback.
• Organize and evaluate A/B tests to assess solution effectiveness and guide next steps.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a senior level product design role.
• Strong expertise in UX/UI design for mobile applications.
• Proven ability to conduct and apply qualitative and quantitative research.
• High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern design tools and workflows.
• Excellent communication skills — you are able to explain design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross functional teams.
