Responsibilities

• Perform design, implementation, and unit testing of assigned user stories.
• Own assigned work, elaborate implementation details, keep close coordination with BAs and QAs to deliver results of high quality.
• Responsible for estimation and breakdown into technical tasks.

Requirements

• Strong Java background ideally with experience with Spring, Hibernate, JMS, REST APis (Presentation Services), functional programming (Java 8 features).
• Solid Object-Oriented analysis, design skills.
• Strong database and data analysis skills.
• Methodology know-how on how to ensure that project deliverables meet industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out).
• Strong TDD experience, understanding of the best CI/CD practices, experience with code quality and code review tools.
• Nice to have experience with AWS is a big plus.
