System Analyst (Trading)

Responsibilities

• Active collaboration with traders, architects, and technical specialists.
• Collection and analysis of business requirements, development, and documentation.
• Participation in task setting for the creation of technical specifications.
• Involvement in architectural decision-making.
• Organization and oversight of work: requirements management, testing.
• Analysis of risks and causes of errors during system development.
• Development and maintenance of up-to-date operational documentation, regulations, and instructions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working as a systems analyst in trading companies (buy-side or sell-side).
• Understanding of the in-house trading system development process.
• Different asset classes knowledge (options, futures, equities, etc.).
• Good knowledge of BPMN, UML, REST API, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in various types of documentation, including technical requirements and functional requirements.
• JSON, XML, and FIX protocols knowledge.
• Ability to read code (Rust, Python, or C++) and use the Linux terminal.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Any knowledge of algorithmic trading/HFT is a great plus.
