We are continually focused on researching and improving our infrastructure to extract maximum APR while enhancing security. For instance, in ETH and SOL, our NRR is on average 10% higher than the market, and in DOT, it's 20% higher.

We also place significant focus and resources on launching new networks such as TON, Avail, Monad, Babylon, Story, Berachain, and others, along with yield products. From restaking, where we are the largest operator with a 20+% market share, to yield aggregators on stablecoins.

Our clients include BitGo, Copper, Crypto.com, Ledger, ByBit, Bitget, OKX, HTX, Bitvavo, SBI, and others, who choose us for our client-centric approach and extensive product line from unified API to widgets and custom dApps.

We are also actively expanding our product line, exploring RWA, data, yield, and service products for banks, exchanges, custodians, and wallets.

Our Account Executive will contribute to building and managing the full sales cycle. This includes analyzing and identifying opportunities, as well as rewarding partners.

The market expansion approach at P2P.org is built on the proactive efforts of every AE in collaboration with Sales Development Representatives, Product Managers, Customer Success, Legal, and Research teams. You should be persistent in your drive to close a deal, curious, and inventive in finding ways to achieve results.

You will

  • Work on the strategic account list with action plans to acquire and grow business relationships with crypto exchanges, wallets, custody providers, banks, VCs, and hedge funds.
  • Manage the full user lifecycle from prospecting to signing, including all commercial negotiations, and then helping make them successful.
  • Participate in both high-level business and technical discussions within various organizational tiers, effectively communicating P2P's unique selling points.
  • Manage and spearhead deals, autonomously coordinating with relevant departments required for deal closure — product, legal, and research.

You have

  • Crypto-native: pre-existing knowledge about the crypto market in general, blockchain technologies, and Web3 concepts.
  • Experience in a quota-driven, full-cycle Sales Manager, Account Executive, or Business Development role for 4 years.
  • Proven background in a rapidly growing tech company environment.
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and conducting product demonstrations.
  • A consultative approach to sales, supported by analytical and quantitative skills, with a mandatory proficiency in closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Extraordinary sense of ownership.
