Lead Product Manager (Trust & Safety)

Relocation to Georgia is self-managed.

Relocation support is provided for Cyprus and Kazakhstan.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing product team focused on TnS.
• Define and implement the strategy for the Trust & Safety (TnS) product unit, focusing on Safety Perception, Safety Incidents, and Incident Management.
• Collaborate with other inDrive verticals and teams to ensure safety initiatives are integrated across the product ecosystem.
• Build a roadmap, form hypotheses, run user and incident research, and launch safety focused MVPs.
• Work cross functionally with design, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and analytics teams.
• Own key metrics: safety perception scores, incident resolution time, incident frequency rate, and user trust indicators.
• Adapt and scale safety features for different markets, considering local regulations, cultural factors, and user expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead product teams and mentor PMs with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Track record of managing and scaling multi stream product initiatives across cross functional and distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with legal, compliance, and public affairs teams.
• Ability to think like a zero to one builder — from identifying safety gaps to deploying effective, scalable solutions.
