Responsibilities
- Build and support the implementation of the product pipeline for Wayvee customer satisfaction sensor. Solidify the product development plan with clear and understandable goals for tech and business units.
- Build the process that will ensure that this plan is timely delivered.
- Deliver research on feature prioritization — build the pipeline of customer feedback processing to build and prioritize features accordingly.
- Contribute to company strategy on a half-yearly basis with input on the most meaningful opportunities, based on a thorough market analysis.
- Contribute to the sales process — work out the best practices to present the product to client, give clear input on what product features should be highlighted. Lead the preparation of the proposal for strategic clients.
- Work on platform UX and user journey together with UX design team.
- Support marketing department in preparing the product marketing updates.
- Prepare short market overview in smart retail technologies quarterly.
- Communicate the product execution plan with the CPO.
Requirements
- Built large B2B analytical or data-driven SaaS products in retail space (preferable) or e-commerce (fine). The sweet spot is people, who worked in Saas with hardware in the retail space. Examples: Tally (Simbe), Vusion group (Captana), Solum (ESLs), Realytics. Also the good ones are the people from the integration/analytical part of business from the store side.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Has traction in contributing to building the product from scratch. Have built products or product features that have significantly impacted the business of the company.
- Experience in startup during the piloting phase is a huge plus.
- High proficiency in product analytics. Clear understanding of A/B testing principles and goals.
- Has preferably technical background — higher technical education is a big plus.
- Had a team management role, product lead — can build up the product pipeline built on business goals.
- Has an understanding of brick-and-mortar retail environment and efficiency metrics. Can tell how the CLTV is measured in the stores and what affects the average basket size most.
- Good English.
- Has understanding and experience in different product development models: product led growth and sales led growth. Can switch between those.
