Product Manager (Delivery)

We're looking for a Product Manager to join the delivery team and lead the core of our courier (ambassador) service. Our ambassadors are not just couriers — they’re true guides to Plata’s products! You’ll track key metrics, communicate with stakeholders, and come up with new features to improve delivery efficiency and boost sales.

Challenges that await you

• Define and assign tasks for mobile and backend teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery of releases.
• Collect and analyze requirements from stakeholders. Maintain effective communication.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the product vision and priorities.
• Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to measure success and drive improvements.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize performance and progress.
• Develop and communicate roadmaps, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Actively engage with the development team to ensure product requirements are clear and actionable.

What makes you a great fit

• Experience in writing and managing technical and business requirements.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration.
• B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
