As Loop evolves into a multi-product suite, we’re building a new kind of Account Management function, one that’s focused on unlocking more value for our 5,000+ existing merchants by introducing them to new solutions in our suite.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic expansion efforts within our customer base. This role is part relationship manager, part consultant, and part seller. You’ll work closely with Merchant Success Managers and cross-functional teams to identify the right opportunities, pitch new products, and help merchants grow with Loop.

For this position, we’re looking for someone to join us in Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA; Chicago, IL; New York City, NY; or Toronto, Canada.
This position is also eligible for an annual commission expected to be $90,000.

The actual annual salary paid for this position will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to: your prior experience and skills related to the position, geographic location, company needs, current market demands, and your total compensation goals.
